Order value between £0.01 and £7.99		Shipping will be by Royal Mail SECOND CLASS post and is FREE to all UK destinations - however, the shipping of small orders will be subject to reasonable behaviour - customers who place several orders, each a few days apart, for small amounts may find that their orders are held pending further purchases or simply refunded. We ask you to help us to continue to provide free shipping for everyone by pre-planning your requirements. The overwhelming majority of our customers have nothing to worry about on this point.

Order value between £8.00 and £49.99		Shipping will be by Royal Mail FIRST CLASS POST and is FREE to all UK destinations

Order value between £50.00 and £84.99		Shipping will be by Royal Mail FIRST CLASS RECORDED DELIVERY (signed-for) post and is FREE to all UK destinations

Order value over £85		Shipping will be by Royal Mail SPECIAL DELIVERY (next business day) and is FREE to all UK destinations

INTERNATIONAL		Shipping will be by the British Royal Mail AIR MAIL insured & signed for service and is charged at a flat rate of £5.50 per order regardless of its value

All orders placed and paid for in full by MIDDAY will be dispatched SAME BUSINESS DAY whenever humanly possible. Your dispatch date will be confirmed to you by email - usually once the parcel is on its way to you - make sure you give us your correct email address! Orders placed and paid for in full after midday will be sent out the following business day. Business days are Monday through to Friday so an order placed after midday on Friday will be sent out the following Monday as per the timetable below:

Order placed between Friday noon and Monday noon - parcel dispatched Monday afternoon

Order placed between Monday noon and Tuesday noon - parcel dispatched Tuesday afternoon

Order placed between Tuesday noon and Wednesday noon - parcel dispatched Wednesday afternoon

Order placed between Wednesday noon and Thursday noon - parcel dispatched Thursday afternoon

Order placed between Thursday noon and Friday noon - parcel dispatched Friday afternoon

You may elect to pay extra for either recorded delivery or for special delivery via our cart.

RECORDED DELIVERY is ONLY £0.75 (note that for orders over £49.99 you will not be able to select this option as it comes FREE with your order).

SPECIAL DELIVERY is ONLY £4.00 (note that for orders over £84.99 you will not be able to select this option as it comes FREE with your order).

SATURDAY SPECIAL DELIVERY is £6.50 - you may order this service any day of the week, and your parcel will still be delivered on the following Saturday. This service is always charged for because of its increased cost.

SATURDAY SPECIAL DELIVERY parcels are delivered before 1pm on the first Saturday following the day the order was placed. Orders placed after noon on a Friday will be delivered on the second Saturday after the day the order was placed.

SPECIAL DELIVERY parcels are delivered before 1pm the day after the order was dispatched (please see dispatch times above). We recommend Special Delivery for all time sensitive parcels.

STANDARD FIRST CLASS MAIL - we have no control over the delivery of these parcels - delivery is subject to the Royal Mail's delivery terms, responsibility for delivery lies with the Royal Mail. In theory first class mail should arrive the day after dispatch - in practice this does not always happen - most parcels are delivered next day and all parcels normally arrive well within a week. Please allow one week from the day after dispatch before contacting us about non-delivery of standard first class mail parcels. We deal with claims of non-delivery sensibly and swiftly.

If your parcel is Time Sensitive you should always elect to pay for Special Delivery - we charge you less than it costs us to help you to do this - Special Delivery does incur a fee, but what of the cost of loosing a sale because the Royal Mail has failed to deliver your parcel by the date you needed it?

STANDARD SECOND CLASS MAIL - we only use second class mail for very small orders - is those parcels that value under £7.99 - and we strongly recommend that you spend the 50p we charge to send these parcels out by first class mail. Delivery is subject to the Royal Mail's delivery terms, responsibility for delivery lies with the Royal Mail. Please allow 10 working days from the day after dispatch before contacting us about non-delivery of standard second class mail parcels.
