DISPATCH TIMES
All orders placed and paid for in full by MIDDAY will be dispatched SAME BUSINESS DAY whenever humanly possible*. Your dispatch date will be confirmed to you by email, make sure you give us your correct email address so that we can let you know when your parcel was dispatched and your tracking number (if applicable). Orders placed and paid for in full after midday will be sent out the following business day. Business days are Monday through to Friday so an order placed after midday on Friday will be sent out the following Monday as per the timetable below:
Order placed between Friday noon and Monday noon - parcel dispatched Monday afternoon
Order placed between Monday noon and Tuesday noon - parcel dispatched Tuesday afternoon
Order placed between Tuesday noon and Wednesday noon - parcel dispatched Wednesday afternoon
Order placed between Wednesday noon and Thursday noon - parcel dispatched Thursday afternoon
Order placed between Thursday noon and Friday noon - parcel dispatched Friday afternoon
* adverse weather and postal strikes are the two main events, both beyond our control, that cause the most problems & delays.
METHOD OF DISPATCH
All parcels are dispatched via the Royal Mail, using one of the services listed in Delivery Times section below. We reserve the right to use a service that requires a delivery to be signed for if we wish to do so.

DELIVERY TIMES*
SPECIAL DELIVERY - parcels are in theory delivered the day after dispatch. In practice this does not always happen and we have now withdrawn our next day delivery guarantee. However, we still recommend Special Delivery for all time sensitive parcels as it is the fastest and most reliable Royal Mail service and also superior to the competing services offered by any of the various courier companies we have tried. A signature is required for delivery but if you are not there a card will be left and you can collect the parcel from your local sorting office. If your parcel does not arrive next day, and you have paid for the Special Delivery service, then we will NOT refund the fee paid as we are no longer promising next day delivery. If the parcel has not arrived 2 business days after dispatch, (not counting the actual dispatch day), then - after checking the tracking info - please make sure to contact us.
Business days are Monday to Friday inclusive. Saturday is not counted as a business day.
STANDARD FIRST CLASS MAIL / RECORDED DELIVERY - we have no control over the delivery of these parcels - delivery is subject to the Royal Mail's delivery terms, responsibility for delivery lies with the Royal Mail. In theory first class mail should arrive the day after dispatch - in practice this does not always happen - most parcels are delivered next day and all parcels normally arrive well within a week. If the parcel has not arrived 6 business days after dispatch, (not counting the actual dispatch day), then please contact us.
Parcels that are sent by Recorded Delivery require a signature for delivery. Recorded delivery is neither a faster nor a guaranteed service.
If your parcel is Time Sensitive you should always elect to pay for Special Delivery - the service does incur a fee, but what of the cost of loosing a sale because the Royal Mail has failed to deliver your parcel by the date you needed it?
STANDARD SECOND CLASS MAIL - we no longer use this service.
SATURDAY SPECIAL DELIVERY - service withdrawn indefinitely.

MINIMUM ORDER
There is no minimum order.
We reserve the right to refuse any order without giving a reason for so-doing. Such orders will be refunded in full.
REASONABLE BEHAVIOUR
Customers who persistently place orders of a very low value or who place several low value orders only a few days apart may find that their orders are held pending further purchases or are simply refunded in full. As shipping is entirely free we do ask that, wherever possible, you pre-plan your requirements.
CHRISTMAS 2012
Our last dispatched date will be Thursday 20th December, so for an order to be dispatched prior to Christmas it will need to be finalised and with us by not later than midday on Thursday 20th December 2011.
We will not guarantee that any parcel will be delivered prior to Christmas, and would recommend that you visit the Post Office website and follow the final posting date guidelines therein.
Our first posting date in the New Year will be Thursday 3rd January 2013. All orders placed between midday on Thursday 20th Dec 2012 and midday Thursday 3rd January 2013 will be dispatched on Thursday 3rd January 2013.
